Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Refunds
- Refunds are available only for products that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
- To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, food items, and clearance products are non-returnable.
